Better conditions for staff, too

THE Intercept range of air filters for pubs and other catering premises is claimed to remove over 99 per cent of smoke, carcinogenic fumes and other noxious substances by means of a series of changeable filters. Units can be supplied on a contract basis which include service and fitting by specialist engineers.

Supplier SeasonMaster points out that, aside from customer comfort, staff prefer work environments which are well-ventilated and smoke-free. Employers have a legal responsibility under the Health and Safety at Work Act to provide a "comfortable" work environment .
