Bar for real Hard nuts

Bar for real Hard nuts

Hard Rock Café's first dedicated bar, which opens in Bristol in April, is a departure for the café chain, which has seen its profits hit by a fall in tourist numbers.

Open until 3am, Monday to Saturday, the new bar will retain the table service of the chain's 100-plus restaurants, but the trademark collections of memorabilia will be replaced by a less cluttered, minimalist style. If the new concept is successful, the brand will be rolled out across the country.
