The Caterer is to launch a Technology Prospectus for 2019 in November, designed to guide operators through the software and systems that will help drive business in the coming year.

Produced in association with Hospa, the guide will detail the solutions that are likely to make a significant productivity and profitability difference to hospitality businesses.

It will detail all the advances in customer recognition systems along with the latest in staffing software and all that's hot in digital marketing. The guide will include:
