Brasserie Adeline and Gambit Bar are due to open in summer 2025 to coincide with the launch of Kinsfolk & Co’s first hotel.
The Newman in London’s Fitzrovia has revealed further details of its F&B offering.
Opening in summer 2025, the 81-room hotel from London-based hospitality management company Kinsfolk & Co will be home to an all-day brasserie and underground bar.
Brasserie Adeline will be open seven days a week, serving a selection of classic comfort dishes influenced by Northern European cuisine. It will seat 76 within the main dining room, as well as an additional 24 in a separate bar space and street-side terrace.
Meanwhile, the hotel’s destination Gambit Bar will offer a range of cocktails, local craft beers on tap, ‘low and no’ drinks and bar snacks. It will also host in-house DJs and regular chess nights.
Paul Brackley, chief executive at Kinsfolk & Co, said: “We are delighted that the Newman will be our very first hotel, marking an exciting milestone for Kinsfolk & Co. We hope that Brasserie Adeline and Gambit Bar will become welcome additions to London’s vibrant food and drink scene.
“From the outset, it has been our intention to build and own our food and drink concepts, and we are fortunate to have Stas Anastasiades, our restaurants and innovations director, leading this key pillar of our business. We look forward to sharing more exciting news about our pipeline of new hotels and restaurants early next year.”
Kinsfolk & Co was founded by Brackley, former managing director of the Beaumont in London’s Mayfair, in 2023 as a hospitality ‘start-up’ targeting five properties within five years.
The Newman appointed its first general manager, Oliver Milne-Watson, in November last year.
