After two years of pop-ups in restaurants and bars, Claw has secured a permanent site in Soho, London, which will open in the autumn.
The 50-seat restaurant will open on Kingly Street for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering responsibly sourced produce from Britain's coast.
Breakfast dishes will include bacon and scallop muffin; herb and potato hash; and chilli scrambled egg with crab and samphire.
Lunch and dinner dishes include crab mac and cheese; pork stuffed squid with kaffir lime; duck nuggets; and trout poke.
Soft drinks, cocktails and beer will also be available.
Claw was founded in 2015 by Fabian Clark when he discovered that Britain exports approximately 80% of its crab to the rest of Europe and Asia, rather than using it on home grounds.
The restaurant deals directly with fishermen to ensure quality and keep costs down.
