Caterer and Hotelkeeper is set to hold the second in its series of live online debates, as part of its major editorial awareness campaign, Think Again, on 16 January at 3pm.
The debate, entitled Training and Retaining the Best Talent, will discuss best practice on how to hold on to the best staff.
Join us, to offer your thoughts on how you retain talent in your business. We'll also be asking for your opinions on how to deliver training efficiently, cost effectively, and in a way that makes staff feel valued.
The debate will take place on Wednesday 16 January from 3pm to 4pm.

Think Again aims to inspire tomorrowâs hospitality professionals by highlighting to young people and career advisers the career opportunities that hospitality can provide.
But we also want offer useful advice to employers on how to help make this happen.
