IBC Simply and March Foods join forces as Delightful Food Group

Food and beverage supplier Italian Beverage Company (IBC Simply) has acquired UK food packaging and manufacturing company March Foods.

Both companies will come together under a new parent business, Delightful Food Group, with a view to accessing growth opportunities using technology and new packaging formats.

IBC Simply’s co-owner, Ricky Flax, will continue to run the business day-to-day, as well as leading the new group as CEO. March Foods’ operations will continue to be led by the current managing director Steven Dor.
