Harrison Catering Services has seen a 6% increase in turnover to £53.7m for year end 31 March 2017.
Profit before tax is up 2.8% from £1.56m in 2016 to £1.61m thanks to a tightening of control on food cost and labour.
In the strategic report, director Geoffrey Harrison said: "Our market leading HR and payroll system, Harrison People, has been further developed to make even more features available to the contract managers, allowing better management of people costs.
"Consistent control of food costs, ongoing development and motivation of our employees and absolute integrity in our dealings with clients are the hallmarks of our approach to business."
