Gordon Ramsay's London House restaurant closed

Gordon Ramsay’s London House restaurant in Battersea has closed and the site is now on the market.

Property firm Fleurets is marketing the venue with an annual rent of £60,000 per year.

Ramsay opened London House in 2014 with head chef Anna Haugh leading the kitchen.

The restaurant is set within a three-storey period property in Battersea Square and has space for 60 indoor covers and an outdoor deck seating area for 16 covers.

Accommodation is split across the ground floor and basement and Fleurets describes the site as being “fitted out and decorated to a high standard”.

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants recently acquired the Pizza East brand from the Soho House group and is continuing to expand its Street Burger, Street Pizza and Bread Street Café casual dining brands.

In 2020 the group said it planned to open up to 50 new UK restaurants by 2025.

Ramsay’s Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Britain all held on to their accolades for another year in the local 2023 editions of the red book.
