Gordon Ramsay has announced he will open five restaurants “in the sky” at 22 Bishopsgate in the City of London.

The celebrity chef described the project as his global restaurant group’s “biggest yet”.

The five restaurants, which are due to open in 2025, include Lucky Cat, which will sit on the 60th storey of the office block, with views across London. The Asian-inspired restaurant will have an adjoining cocktail terrace hosting live entertainment until 3am.

On the same storey will be a 14-seat chef’s table offering an intimate experience of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, in celebration of the Chelsea restaurant’s 25th anniversary and its 22nd year maintaining three Michelin stars.

The storey below will feature the celebrity chef’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar concept. The Gordon Ramsay Academy, powered by HexClad, will also open a new school in the building, offering culinary enthusiasts the chance to learn skills such as cooking the perfect beef Wellington.

Ramsay said: “This is more than just a new opening—it’s a significant milestone for our business.

“We’re not only launching the highest culinary experiences in London, but also creating a vibrant culinary hub at the incredible 22 Bishopsgate.

“I’m incredibly grateful to Barclays and all our partners for their support and I’m so proud of the hard work from our teams. I cannot wait to share this unique dining experience with our guests.”

22 Bishopsgate is London’s tallest office building standing at 61 storeys. It is soon to launch London’s highest free viewing platform at its summit.
