Belfast-based catering firm Mount Charles secured contracts worth a total of £32.6m in the last 12 months.
The company said the deals had boosted its turnover 18% to £34m for the year.
Not all of the contracts came in the catering arena, as the firm also offers cleaning, security and vending services.
Clients in Northern Ireland from across the public and private sectors included construction equipment firm Terex, the NI Ambulance Services, Deloitte and Northern Regional College.
It has also won business in the Republic of Ireland, including over £1.23m (€1.4m) with the Public Appointments Service, Ordinance Survey Ireland and Custom House, home to the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government.
Managing director of Mount Charles, Cathal Geoghegan said: "In addition to our strong footing here in Northern Ireland, we are now aggressively targeting contracts in the Republic of Ireland, having secured a Dublin base from which to do business and we see this market as having major scope for future expansion.
"We have also been successful in generating new business in Great Britain, winning a contract worth over half a million pounds with global company Firstsource across three of their regional sites," he said.
The company now works with over 250 customers across the UK and Ireland and said it was still on course to meet its target of £50m turnover by 2020.
It has also appointed Gavin Annon as head of sales and marketing.
