Old Ferry Inn back on the market after less than a year
The Old Ferry Inn in Bodinnick, Cornwall is back on the market for the second time in less than a year as personal reasons have forced the new owner to sell.
Businessman Bob Seabourne bought the 11-bedroom hotel last summer and has since carried out an extensive infrastructure refit, but personal reasons have forced him to put the property back on the market at £1.2m for the freehold.
He said: "I fell in love with the property the first time I saw it, the location is wonderful but sadly I have decided to sell up and return to Somerset."
The property also has a bar, restaurant and river terrace and a two-bedroom private flat with lounge and family bathroom for the owners. It was previously owned and operated by husband and wife teams Pascal and Penny Rivault and David and Amanda Lewis.
