House of Fraser appoints CDG Leisure to lead F&B strategy of new luxury lifestyle stores
Property and restaurant agents CDG Leisure has been appointed to oversee and develop the food and beverage strategy for Frasers, the new breed of luxury lifestyle stores being created by House of Fraser.
A number of Frasers stores will open across the UK over the next five years, following the transformation of existing House of Fraser sites into "modern, agile, inspiring spaces".
A strong food and beverage offering will be key to the group's new brand, which will be overseen by Michael Murray, head of elevation of Mike Ashley's Sport Direct Group which bought House of Fraser last year.
David Abramson, CDG Leisure's chairman, said: "We look forward to providing vibrant opportunities for operators to take space on turnover related agreements, alongside the sizable investment being made into the Frasers brand in the coming years."
