Baton Berisha appointed as managing director for the Ivy Collection

Baton Berisha has been appointed as managing director for the Ivy Collection as the group continues to grow its portfolio across the UK.

Berisha joined the group in 2014, and was promoted to director of operations last year. He previously served as a senior manager at the Fat Duck in Bray, and director of F&B at Morgans Hotel Group.

He will now oversee the planned expansion of the brand across the nation and the world, as well as the portfolio of 32 established restaurants within London and cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Leeds.

Richard Caring, chairman of the Ivy Collection, said: “I am delighted to promote Baton to managing director at The Ivy Collection where he has played an integral role in the growth of the company.

“As we move into the next phase of our expansion, we will be working closely together to ensure we realise the vision and ongoing success of the group.”
