Black and White Hospitality has been appointed to operate the 186-bedroom DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Birmingham.
The hotel will be the first DoubleTree in the city and see a £25m investment in the Snow Hill area.
The hotel will include a Marco Pierre White branded restaurant called Mr White’s English Chophouse, under the operator’s franchise agreement with the chef.
Refurbishments to the former Royal Angus hotel on the site are underway, including the addition of two extra floors and a rooftop terrace.
