Retail Trust provides wellbeing services for the retail industry and its subsidiaries. Established in 1832, the Charity’s services include the provision of supported accommodation for retail retirees.
We wish to appoint a catering contractor to provide on-site catering services 365 days a year at our sheltered housing and extra care services at five locations – Mill Hill in North West London, Derby, Glasgow, Liverpool and Salford.
A restaurant facility is provided at all sites catering for specific meal times of breakfast and a main meal provision at lunch time. A variety of snack and light bite options should also be provided.
Restaurants should operate from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Mon – Fri and 10.00 am to 2.00 pm Sat/Sun at London and Glasgow; and from 8.00 am to 2.30 pm at Derby, Liverpool and Salford seven days per week. There is also the opportunity to provide external sales as an additional source of income.
The contract is planned to commence on Monday 15 July 2019.
