Expressions of interest: catering contract, Seaham Town Hall

Seaham Town Council is keen to hear from catering companies who can host excellent parties, weddings and other events at Seaham Town Hall for the next three years.

The Town Hall is a very attractive venue set in parkland in the seaside town that won Gold and Best Coastal Resort in the Northumbria in Bloom Competition last year.

The Town Hall itself is bright and modern, only being completed in 2014, and can hold everything from small, quaint events to larger ones, such as the Mayor's Ball, seating hundreds of people around banqueting tables, as well as a large stage for plays, presentation nights and live music.

After having issues with its first catering contractor, the Town Council quickly brought in Ramside Catering, who have since done a fantastic job and received much praise from its clients.

As part of the Council's standard procedures, the contract must go through a tendering process to determine who should be chosen to be the next catering contractors.

Anyone wishing to be put on a list of interested parties must contact the Town Council on 0191 5818034 or email clerk@seaham.gov.uk and complete a non-collusion questionnaire and return it along with a letter detailing their company and providing an expression of interest by Friday 5 October 2018, 12 noon, to Seaham Town Hall, Stockton Road, Seaham, County Durham, SR7 0HP.
