Bob Bob Cité to open in the Leadenhall building in May
Bob Bob Cité, the second site from Bob Bob Ricard owner Leonid Shutov, is to open this May.
The French-focused menu will have a Russian twist, using locally sourced, seasonal produce.
Speaking to The Caterer in September 2017, Chavot said: "I'm learning dumplings to go on the menu, but with my twist. I will do a snail one. They also do a kiev at Bob Bob Ricard, but I'm going to do a brioche dumpling stuffing to do for the chicken. It will be their dishes but tweaked a la Chavot."
Bob Bob Ricard's famous Press for Champagne buttons, which call waiting staff to the table, will also be a feature in the new restaurant.
In addition to the main dining room, there will be a further 50 covers in a collection of private dining suites that will accommodate from four to 18 guests.
Bob Bob Ricard launched in London's Soho in 2008. In January this year, the restaurant introduced an off-peak pricing system that gives customers the chance to enjoy as much as 25% off its Á la carte menu during quieter periods.
