Nathan Outlaw and Yotam Ottolenghi among Meatopia 2017 line-up
The festival, which primarily focuses on meat, will be introducing two new sections this year; fish and veg. Nathan Outlaw has been invited to cook the fish while Yotam Ottolenghi will be cooking vegetable-based dishes.
Those chefs cooking for the first time include Mark Hix, John Torode, Francesco Mazzei from Radici, and Nud Dudhia from Breddos Tacos.
Richard H Turner, who brought the festival to the UK, will also be joined by Jose Pizarro, Hamish Brown from Roka, Selin Kiazim from Oklava and David Carter from Smokestak.
The weekend festival centres around the cooking of meat over ethically sourced wood and charcoal alongside a number of music acts.
Meatopia was founded in the US by the late Josh Ozersky and was brought to the UK by Richard H Turner of Hawksmoor and Pitt Cue.
