Woodall's charcuterie snacks

Charcuterie producer Woodall's has entered the snacking category with its new salami products. There is a stick salami, available in Classic and Spicy flavours, and Gin Bites, which are flavoured with juniper berries and a splash of gin.
All three are made with British outdoor-bred pork and are gluten- and lactose-free, with no added nitrates.

Die Pat Inset Jug Rinser

Die Pat, a catering equipment hardware, spares and plumbing components supplier, has released a new Inset Jug Rinser. The operator presses down on the platform to activate the spray, for low-cost cleaning of jugs and cups holding up to two litres in seconds.

Dr Oetker fresh dough pizza base

Bakery specialist Dr Oetker Professional has launched a new fresh dough pizza base, which is developed to rise in the oven and deliver an authentic crust. The 9-inch base comes topped with tomato passata.

Brindisa flavoured almonds

Brindisa has packaged up the magic of one of Spain's finest exports with its range of flavoured almonds. The nuts come from supplier Josep Maria Térmens, who hand-processes them in small batches. They are available in smoked, salted or spiced varieties.

Bidfood summer collection

Bidfood has launched an innovative range of food and beverages for summer, including Water Plus, a honey-flavoured birch water with added vitamins; a Premium Selection Earl Grey lemon drizzle cake; and a new ice-cream range in partnership with Yarde Farm, in flavours such as lime and basil, and peanut butter and jelly.
