Kenwood Stables Kenwood Estate, Hampstead Opportunity for a development – Operating partnership with English Heritage

19 October 2012
Kenwood Stables Kenwood Estate, Hampstead Opportunity for a development – Operating partnership with English Heritage
  • Historic stable block with its own dedicated entrance, in the beautiful grounds of Kenwood House with stunning views across Hampstead Heath
  • A variety of uses will be considered, subject to planning, however, preferable uses include:
  • Estate farm shop / local food centre
  • Restaurant / café with associated retail

Private residential use will not be considered

The building is currently largely unused and requires investment. It is Grade II listed and the incoming operator will need to respect and embrace this as part of their proposal. A new FRI lease is available for a term to be agreed. A high quality brand, style and finishes will be of paramount importance due to the association with English Heritage and Kenwood House. English Heritage can consider proposals requiring a capital contribution towards the renovation of the building.
